Will my bottle fall off the gym equipment?

No. It was tested on the lifting equipment at major U.S. gym chains, filled to the top with a phone attached, through weight slams and vibration.

Does it work with my phone and case?

Yes, any phone. Two thin metal plates are included: inside the case, outside the case, or right on the phone.

Why doesn't it hold on my fridge?

Most stainless steel is barely magnetic. Gym equipment and other steel surfaces hold it firmly.

Is it really dishwasher safe?

Yes, the whole bottle and cap are top-rack dishwasher safe. The magnets are high-temperature grade and permanently sealed in.
