Warranty

All Mag Shaker brand products come with a limited 90-day warranty. If your Mag Shaker product fails during normal use or is damaged upon arrival, please submit a warranty below.

Please note that our warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage (drops, hits, etc.), improper use or care of product including irregular cleaning or maintenance (odor/mold/discoloration/etc.). 

As always, please enjoy and take care of your Mag Shaker bottle! 

To speed up the process, include the following in your email:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt) - include order number
  2. Description of issue or damage
  3. Attach an image to the email clearly showing issue or damage

Quality Expectations:

On the bottom sides of each bottle, there is a small indentation in the plastic where a triangular shaped outline can be seen in certain lighting. These indents and flow lines are present on all bottles and are expected due to the internal disruptors on the inner walls of the bottle (internal disruptors help mix and break up powders). The internal disruptors are hollow (image below), and due to mass manufacturing processes, this results in the small indent and flow lines visible on the outside surface of the bottle. We can not accept warranties for the indent or flow lines due to the internal disruptor components as depicted in the image below:

RETURNS:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (un-worn and unused) and in its original, un-opened packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Products that are missing metal plates, instruction manuals, or have signs of opened packaging will not be accepted (plastic wrap packaging around the product).

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, including a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs and restocking fees are non-refundable and are deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
