Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is applicable to shipping addresses in the United States only (50 continental United States, excluding HI & AK and U.S. territories). An entire order will receive free shipping as long as at least one MagShaker bottle is included in the purchase (excluding business purchases). Buying accessories without a bottle purchase will result in shipping fees.
For any shipping address outside the United States, shipping fees will apply to all orders and will be calculated at checkout.
General Considerations
Please ensure you enter the correct SHIP TO ADDRESS at checkout. Mag Shaker™ is not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses being entered during checkout. If an order is shipped to an incorrect, old, or incomplete address due to a customer error, and the package IS NOT returned to Mag Shaker™, you will have to place a new order with the correct shipping address. Mag Shaker™ does not provide refunds due to customer errors at checkout. If a package IS returned to Mag Shaker™ due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to you directly for a correct ship to address and will reship your items with an added shipping fee (based on standard rates).
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier and delivery confirmation (including GPS data and/or delivery photo) is provided, Mag Shaker™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Packages delivered to apartment complexes, shared mail areas, mailrooms, front desks, or other unsecured locations are delivered per the carrier’s standard procedures. Customers are responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location and retrieving their package promptly.
In the event a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

Check with building management, front desk, or neighbors

Contact the carrier directly to report a missing package

File a police report if theft is suspected
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
International Shipping Policies
We currently offer service to international customers.
General: All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Any duties or taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery (not during the ordering process). Mag Shaker cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Canadian Customers: GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your order is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin. Goods that are entirely made in the USA will be duty free, but still subject to GST/PST. Business Orders (B2B)
At checkout, the summary will display "free" shipping to facilitate order placement. However, final shipping methods and rates will be provided in a shipping invoice before the inventory is shipped. The Shipping Method selection on the checkout page offers estimated rates which may vary based on actual shipping costs at the time of shipment.
